My art is an expression of the gifts of nature. I believe the earth's natural beauty is a treasure to be respected and preserved. I'm truly inspired when I set up my easel on a mountaintop in Colorado, on a beach in Florida or in the high desert of New Mexico. I choose rich, vibrant colors to capture the essence of the scene. I often wish I could wrap up the astonishing views and take them with me. In my life travels, I've been lucky enough to find many amazing, heavenly places that take your breath away. I'm deeply grateful for having had beautiful quiet moments, in each of them, filling my canvas and my spirit with their grandeur and loveliness.
